1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Staffio platform (staffio.cloud) or the Staffio mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is operated by SnappyHires, operating under MOHRE licence 7810.03, UAE. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and SnappyHires.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
- Businesses registering on the Platform must hold a valid UAE trade licence.
- You represent that all registration information you submit is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
3. Account Registration and Verification
All companies must submit their trade licence and relevant business documents for review. SnappyHires reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account at its discretion. Approval is typically processed within 24 hours of submission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, including but not limited to MOHRE regulations governing labour supply and manpower agencies.
You must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about worker availability, rates, or qualifications.
- Circumvent the Platform's matching process by contacting matched parties directly to arrange off-platform transactions.
- Upload workers whose visas, Emirates IDs, or labour cards are invalid or expired.
- Engage in any form of worker exploitation or practices that violate UAE labour law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
5. Workforce Listings and Matching
Manpower vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that workers listed on the Platform hold valid UAE visas, Emirates IDs, and any required occupational permits. SnappyHires performs document verification to the best of its ability but does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party documents.
Employers acknowledge that match scores are algorithmic and advisory. The final decision to engage a vendor or worker rests with the employer.
6. Attendance, Timesheets, and Disputes
GPS attendance records and digitally submitted timesheets constitute evidence of attendance but are not legally conclusive. Disputes regarding hours worked, rates, or payment are between the employer and vendor. SnappyHires may facilitate dispute resolution but is not a party to any employment or supply contract.
7. Fees and Payments
Registration and core matching features are currently free. SnappyHires reserves the right to introduce subscription or transaction fees with 30 days' notice. Any fees will be clearly communicated before they take effect.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, and data on the Platform are the property of SnappyHires or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, SnappyHires shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of workers, or disputes between platform parties.
The Platform is provided "as is". SnappyHires does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
10. Termination
SnappyHires may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, failure to maintain valid business documentation, or conduct detrimental to other platform users or to SnappyHires. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@staffio.cloud.
11. Changes to Terms
SnappyHires may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
